Obituary

Vivian McMillan, 76, of Sycamore died Saturday, December 3, 2022 at NW Medicine- Kishwaukee Hospital.
She was born on May 23, 1946 in Virginia.  She married David J. McMillan in 1975.

Vivian dedicated her life to being a wonderful mother, wife, grandmother and friend. She treasured her children and every minute she spent with them. She especially loved her role as grandma and great grandma, as they always brought joy and laughter to her life.
Survivors include her husband, David McMillan; her children, Marty Collins of Rochelle and Pam Collins Bakker and husband, William Glugla of Rochelle; step-son, David McMillan;
grandchildren, Jeff (Karrisa) Collins,  Brittany and husband, Samuel Rosinsky, and Cody Bakker; great grandchildren- Conner , Skylar and Summer Collins , Armin and Lillian Rosinsky.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Aileen and David Hensley ;
her mother in-law, Jessie McMillian and s everal aunts and u ncles.
Her memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 18th at 11:00 AM at the Sycamore United Methodist Church, 160 Johnson Ave., Sycamore, IL. 60178. A luncheon will follow at the service at the church.
The family wishes to send a "Special Thank You" to the ICU doctors and nurses at NW Medicine-Kishwaukee Hospital for their care and compassion.

Arrangements were completed by the Butala Funeral Home and Crematory in Sycamore.
