Virginia A. Fowler, 91, of DeKalb and formerly of Genoa passed away on April 7, 2026.

She was born on February 14, 1935.  She was the daughter of Sara Camille and William Lloyd Parker, Sr.
Virginia married Leonard A. Fowler of Genoa on August 21, 1954.  He preceded her in death on April 20, 1990.

Virginia is survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family would like to give a huge heartfelt thanks to her caregivers at Kishwaukee Hospital, Heartland Hospice and the DeKalb County Nursing Home.

Cremation has taken place per Virginia's wishes.  There will be no services.
