Tracey L. Cerami, 66, of Sycamore, IL. died on August 7, 2024 at her home.

She was born on May 9, 1958 in Libertyville, IL. to Hugh and Patricia (Brown) Nelson.   She married Joseph Cerami on October 29, 1976.

Tracey enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  She will be deeply missed by her husband, Joe; daughter,  Jamie Cerami-Brestan (Sal); two grandsons, Joseph Brestan and Jacob Brestan; three sisters, Dawn (David) Johnson, Heather (Scott) Coleman and April Nelson; nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly;  many god-children; and her fur grandbabies, Lucy and Eddie.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Wendi Nelson.

Her Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, August 17th from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM at the Butala Funeral Home, 1405 DeKalb Ave., Sycamore, IL. 60178.  Following the funeral home gathering,  all are invited to MVP Sports Bar, 124 S. California St.,  Sycamore, IL. from 3:00 PM-7:00 PM to continue to celebrate Tracey's lifetime of special memories.
