Timothy A. Ross, 61, of Genoa died on January 11, 2024 at his home.

He was born on November 15, 1962 in Elgin to Layton Ross and Vici (Beherns) Aguiniga.

Tim installed drywall for many years, working with many local contractors.  He was a hard worker and did his job with great pride.

In his spare time, Tim would enjoy doing anything  outside.  He loved to golf, play poker, watch and attend Chicago sports (Chicago Bears, Black Hawks) and found relaxation soaking up the sun.

Survivors include his daughter,  Ashley and husband Michael Johnson and son, Timothy and wife Christen Ross. His grandchildren, Lanie, Packston, Maggie, Gabbie and Georgia.
Brothers and Spouses; Duane and ViAnn Ross, Jeffrey and Sallie Ross, Benjamin Ross, Craig Aguiniga, Mitchell Aguiniga, Kevin Ross and Richard Ross and his cherished nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents,  Vici and Bob Aguiniga and father, Layton Ross. The mother of his children, Elaine Hopper and his life partner,  Linda Evert and his sister-in-law, April Messler-Ross.

There will be a memorial celebration at a later date.
