Sally Ann Mathews, 86, of Sycamore, IL passed away on January 12, 2025.

She was born on June 7, 1938 and was the beloved daughter of Ralph W. Davis and Bertha L. (Weaver) Davis.  Sally was an only child who grew up in Clare, IL and graduated from Sycamore High School in 1956.

On December 19, 1958, Sally married the love of her life, Billie W. Mathews.  Together, they built a life filled with love and cherished memories in Sycamore, IL.

Sally is survived by her devoted husband, Bill; her son Brian (Debra) Mathews of Sycamore; and her grandchildren Hannah (Cody) Beeman of Cortland, IL, Nicole Kutzbach (Dennis Walther) of New Hampton, IA and Nicolas Tabor of Shepherdsville, KY.  She also leaves behind several great grandchildren who brought her immense joy.

Sally was preceded in death by her parents.

Sally's legacy lives on through the family she loved so deeply and the many lives she touched throughout her years.  May her memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved her.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to charities dear to her heart, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital and The Shriners Children's Hospital.
