Rose Clementi
On July 9, 2021, Rose Clementi, 95, passed away with loved ones by her side.  She was born on November 23, 1925 in Detroit, Michigan to Benedetto and Lucia Tedesco.  Rose and her family moved to Chicago in 1933.   She married James Ridgeway in January of 1947.  They had six children.  While raising her children, Rose dedicated any free time she had, to participating in all of the activities of her church.  She moved from Chicago to Stone Park.  She was widowed in 1978.  In 1981, she married Dan Clementi.  Rose also lived in Villa Park, and eventually moved to Sycamore to be closer to family.
She loved tending her tomato plants and roses in the summer.   Over the years, she enjoyed traveling to visit her children who lived in various parts of the country.  Rose loved going on field trips and retreats organized by her church.  She attended bible study and prayer groups as often as she could. Rose also relished endless hours over a good puzzle.  Most of all, she enjoyed and valued the time she spent with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren when they would visit and especially loved going to family celebrations.  Rose never left family without a big kiss, and a sweet treat.
