Rollie Lee Bray Jr., age 84, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2025, after facing an aggressive cancer with courage and grace.

Rollie was born on December 9, 1940, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Rollie Bray and Nancy Elizabeth Blain. He grew up with a strong sense of faith, family, and hard work that shaped the course of his life.

After proudly serving in the U.S. Army in Germany, Rollie returned home and went on to build a thriving business, All Window Cleaning, from the ground up. Through his determination and vision, it grew into a successful high-rise window cleaning company, a legacy of his grit and dedication. Rollie had a lifelong love of genealogy, and his deep devotion to his faith in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was central to his life. He especially treasured time spent in the temple with his beloved wife, Almira Amanda, with whom he shared over 35 years of marriage. Their life together was filled with faith, love, and family, and Rollie cherished being a husband and father above all.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rollie and Nancy; his siblings Larry Herchenrader, Thomas Bray, Anna Darlene Miller, Billy Bray, Rodger Bray, Juanita Hendricks, and David Bray; his children Karen Bray, George Ashley, David Ashley, Elaina Bray, and Jordan Bray; and his grandchildren Sirius Bray and Autumn Bray.

He is survived by his wife, Almira Amanda; his children, Mike Bray (Tammy), Rusty Bray (Janelle), Amber Davis, Jolie Bray, Megan Mears (Steven), Rachel Saleh (Ilyas), Rollie Bray III (Brandie), Elizabeth Denny (Jerry), and Molly Bray (fiancé Frank Kunze); and 35 grandchildren who brought him immense joy. He is also survived by his sister, Nancy Rego.

Rollie will be remembered for his kindness, his willingness to help anyone in need, and the faith and love he shared so freely. His legacy will continue to bless his family and all who knew him.

Visitation will be held at Butala Funeral Home, 1405 DeKalb Ave, Sycamore, IL, on Friday, October 3, 2025, from 5:00–7:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 7:00 p.m.

A private burial will take place on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Union Band Cemetery in Stiles, Kentucky.
