Robert "Bob" Edward Bemister, loving husband and father, passed away on Wednesday, July 28th, 2021 at the age of 45. He was surrounded with love and family while listening to Bob and Crissy's special song. Bob leaves behind his wife, Crissy and children, Chloe, Evan and Nolan and his dog, Sammy.
Bob was born June 19, 1976 to Robert "Bemo" and LucyAnna Bemister in Winfield, IL. He grew up with brother Tom (wife Colleen) and sister Sarah. Bob worked for Dominick's Food for 18 years and then went to school at Kishwaukee Community College and then earned his Bachelor's degree in Business at Northern Illinois University.
Bob and Crissy met in 2007 and married in 2017. They've lived and enjoyed raising their family in Sycamore, IL. Bob was involved with the children's sports and activities. Whether it was holding the chains at Evan's football games, or running alongside Chloe with Girls on the Run, or dressing Nolan for hockey, he was always there for them.
Bob's professionalism and work ethic was second to none and was always dedicated to achieve whatever he set his mind to.
Because of ongoing health challenges, Bob saw his life as a bonus level after his first surgery and felt lucky to live his life with his family and friends.
Bob's passion for music and attending as many concerts as possible just so he can tell you how many times he's seen his favorite bands always brought him such joy.
His greatest achievements are truly his children and his lasting legacy of living life to the fullest and to treat all people with love and no judgement.
Bob will be greatly missed by his mother-in-law, Katherine (preceded in death by Stewart Douglas), sister-in-law, Dina (Jeff) Good, brother-in-law, Jim Tyler, along with all his nieces and nephews.
The family would especially like to thank Central DuPage Hospital and Northwestern Chicago and all of the countless doctors and nurses that have cared for Bob over the years to help him to live his bonus levels.
