Mary Lou Van Vleet's Obituary
Mary Lou Van Vleet, 90, of Genoa died on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at the Bethany Health Care and Rehab Center in DeKalb.
She was born on July 30, 1931 in Capron, IL. to Grover and Mary (Sowers) Terry.
Mary Lou worked at Automatic Electric, retiring after many years of service.
She enjoyed gardening, especially growing beautiful flowers. She especially loved to spend time with her family, and all her grandchildren along with her dog, Taco.
Survivors include 4 children, Mike (Cheryl) Eggleston, Gary Eggleston, David Eggleston (Karin Doerr), and Kim Stewart; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy Lukasiewicz; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Avis; her twin sister, Betty; and son-in-law, Leonard Stewart.
Mary Lou's services will be private and burial at the Kingston Cemetery at a later date.
