Mark T. Bowen, 68, of DeKalb died September 5, 2023 in Chicago.

He was born on January 10, 1955 in DeKalb to Donald and Theresa (Darin) Bowen.

Mark worked as a truck driver for Up-Staging and Rockford Blacktop.  He was an avid Harley Davidson motorcycle rider for many years.

Survivors include his brother, David (Paulette) Bowen; brother-in-law, Ronny Garman;  and his nieces and nephews, Danielle (Tom) Weaver, Jason Garman, Shawn (Mike) Luepkes and Brandon Bowen (Heather Storm).

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Judith Bowen and his sister, Sylvia Garman.

Services will be private.  Arrangements were completed by the Butala Funeral Home of Sycamore.
