Our lovely mother, Marjorie Rasmussen, has left us and moved on to join her loving husband, Paul Rasmussen.  She has also been reunited with her parents, Orrin, Flora, brother -Robert and sister -Lois.

She is survived by her children Paul/Connie, Margie/Mark, and Linda/Joe.  A special mention of nephew, Mike/Brenda, who had lived with Mom and Dad for a period of time.

She is survived by 9 grandchildren, (6 spouses, 1 spouse to be),  13 great grandchild, four  brothers;  Don, Richard, Orrin, Jim/Carol, and sister in law, Geri along with all of their many children.

Mom's passions, besides her family, were cross-stitching, Bridge, and baking.  She had the opportunity to travel with her husband and family to many wonderful destinations.

We will have a Celebration of Life July 13, 2024.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to OakCrest DeKalb Area Retirement Home or Dementia Society of America.

If you want to honor her,  go for a nice swim,  play some card games, bake some cookies or banana bread, and/or give a nice back rub to a friend or loved one.  Mom will be sure to give a smile upon this!
