Louise Ann (Adams) Anderson passed away on December 12, 2025, at the age of 89.

She was born on November 5, 1936, in Genoa City, WI, to Raymond and Viola Adams. On July 24, 1954, she married Raymond B. Anderson at the age of 17. They settled in the Genoa-Kingston area and together had four children: Gordon, Sandra, Ronald, and Randall.

Louise dedicated many years of her career to the First Savings & Loan and the National Bank & Trust. She and Ray loved to travel and particularly enjoyed time spent with their family. Louise also held a deep affection for country music, often attending concerts and making trips to Branson.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ray, son Gordon, brother LeRoy Adams, and son-in-law James Alverson.

She is survived by her sister Dorothy Sheehan, daughter Sandra Alverson, and sons Ronald (Tammy) Anderson and Randall (Sandy) Anderson, along with daughter-in-law Karen Anderson. She leaves behind nine grandchildren: Katie, Lexie, Kelsie, Jacob, Angela, Rachell, Ali, Elizabeth, and Crystal, and eighteen great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, from 9:30 AM until 11:00 AM at the Slater Butala Funeral Home, 132 West Main Street, Genoa, IL 60135. The funeral service will immediately follow at 11:00 AM.
