Laurel (Laurie) Fudala's Obituary
Laurel "Laurie" Fudala, 67, of Genoa formerly of Elk Grove Village died on Monday, January 31, 2022 at the Bethany Rehab and Nursing Center.
She was born on April 24, 1954 in Chicago to Leonard and Doris Haag. She married Robert Fudala on May 15, 1976.
Laurie is survived by her husband, Robert; two sons, Jeff (Laura) Fudala and Chris Fudala; three grandchildren, Aubrey, Lucas and Ainsley; and her sister, Kathy Sebastian.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Her visitation will be on Friday, Feb. 4th from 4:00-8:00 PM at the Butala Funeral Home in Sycamore, IL.
Her funeral service will be on Saturday, Feb. 5th at 10:30 AM at the Funeral Home, with Fr. Carl Beekman officiating. Burial will be at the Elmwood Cemetery, Sycamore, IL.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Laurie's name to the American Cancer Society (

) in care of the Butala Funeral Home, 1405 DeKalb Ave., Sycamore, IL 60178.
