Kimberly K. Timmer (January 12,1965-March 30,2025)

Kimberly K. Timmer, 60, of Sycamore died March 30, 2025 at St. Anthony Hospital in Rockford, IL.

She was born January 12, 1965 in Muskegon, Michigan to Orton Jr. and Sally Jones. Formally married to Timothy T. Timmer in 1985 for 29 years. Kim was an active angel at the St. Mary's Catholic church in Sycamore. She did several craft shows, vacation bible school, and was CCD teacher for the church. Kim was a member of the Sycamore VFW Auxiliary.

She worked for the Sycamore school district, was a sport coach mom and Scout leader. Kim was known to give love and inherit the love of all the children in the community and would never allow a child to go hungry.

Survivors include her children, Nicholas (Genevieve) , Daniel (Ashley), Cynthia (Paul Bomar) and Jacob (Jasmine); 9 Grandchildren. Her 4 brothers, Orton Jones, Charlie Jones, Robert Jones and Andrew Jones. She was a loving mother and sister.

There will be a Celebration of Life and luncheon with friends and family on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sycamore Veterans Home, 121 W. California Street in Sycamore.

Kim will be reunited and laid to rest next to her mother and father at the Ohio Grove Cemetery in Sycamore for the rest of eternity.
