Kevin (K.O.) E. Olson, 44 of Arlington Heights, IL (formerly of Genoa, IL), died Tuesday, July 26,
2022 at Northwestern Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL.

He was born July 20, 1978, at Sycamore Hospital in Sycamore, IL. He attended
Genoa-Kingston Schools.

Kevin was a very generous person who really had a big heart and if he had something, he was
more than willing to share it with his family and friends. He loved to socialize, party, and hang
out with his friends.

He was a fan of the Chicago Bears, the Cubs, and the Blackhawks. He loved playing golf,
cards and dominoes with his friends. He also loved boating, fishing, playing bags,
"shenanigans", beer, and he really loved cooking and eating good food!

He is survived by his mother Margaret Olson of Genoa, IL, Sisters Angela (Jaime) Almazan,
Cynthia (Tim) Bergman, Pamela Wood, and Tina (Dennis) Drendel, and Brother Brandon (Kim)
Olson. He is also survived by a Great-Aunt Mary Kai and a Great-Uncle Lyle (Ruth) Witzel.

He was also a very proud Uncle, Great-Uncle, and is survived by many nieces and nephews
and their spouses and children: Mitchell Eraas, Marina (Josh) O'Donnell, Patric (Daria) Bergman
and Olivia, Oliver, and Aiden Bergman, Andrea (Ronnie) Glass and Krislynn and Briella Glass,
Hannah (Jared) Jungquist, Samantha Wood (Austin Black) and Madilyn and Jackson Black, Eric
(Alexis) Wood and Kennedy, Adam Wood, Ethan Wood, Jessica Drendel, Anna Drendel, Deloris
Drendel, Felicia Olson, Cassandra Olson, Brandon Olson Jr., Jeff Brown, Dustin (Shari) Fritsch,
Chris Fritsch, and Andilyn Huffstatler.

He was preceded by his father Glen "Pete" Holle in 1999, Step-Grandpa George Corson in
1988, Maternal Grandfather Walter Rodatz in 2010, and Maternal Grandmother Louise Corson
in 2011.

His visitation will be on Sunday, August 7th from 1:00-3:00 PM at the Slater-Butala Funeral Home, 132 W. Main St., Genoa, IL. 60135.

Burial will be private.  There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at 3:00 PM at the Five Points Pub in Kingston, IL.
