Judy A. Lyle, 70, of Belvidere died Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at her home.

She was born May 30, 1951, in Belvidere, to Walter "Dewey" and Joyce (Foster) Lyle.

She retired after many years working at Specialty Screw Corp., in Rockford, IL.

Judy loved to golf, crochet, and cook meals for family and friends.  Her eyes lit up every time she saw her grandchildren, she was so proud of them.

Survivors include 3 sons, Brian (Shelly) Smith, Scott (Michelle) Smith, and Ryan (Cristen) Hobbs; 3 grandchildren, Jakob Hobbs, Elias Hobbs, and Nella Mae Smith; 3 sisters, Sandra Davis, Debi Olson, Linda Hayward (Kyle Monk); and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 sisters, Kitty Lyle and Roxy Beach; her niece, Desirae Rich; and 2 nephews, Shane Gila and Joe Beach.

The family would like to thank Brianna Crabtree for her loving care and compassion that she gave to Judy until her end.

Her visitation will be Saturday, November 13, from 10:30am – noon at The First Baptist Church, 316 N Sycamore St, Genoa, IL. 60135.

Judy's funeral service will begin at noon on Saturday at the church with Pastor Zach Davis officiating.  Burial will be private.  A luncheon will follow the service at the church.
