Jolinda Mattison, 82, of Sycamore died January 21, 2025 at her daughter's home in Cortland.

She was born on October 13, 1942 in Sycamore to William and Millie (Votaw) Lee.  She married Gerald Mattison.

Born and raised in Sycamore. She was known as the popcorn lady.

Jolinda loved going to church,and catching up with her friends.  big Cubs Fan, she played softball, volleyball, and of course loved hanging around the great grandchildren and family.

She is survived by daughter Cassie Oltman (Troy) son Mark Mattison (Dawn) siblings Gary Lee (Julie) ,Terry Gillis (Mike), Kurt Lee (Dawn). Grandchildren Scottie (Ryan), Seaver (Maury), Leah, Colin, and Jade. And 10 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by Gerald Mattison(husband) parents Bill and Millie Lee, siblings Butch and Sharon. Great granddaughter Vanessa.

Her memorial visitation will be on Friday, January 31st from 10:00-11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church, 530 W, State St., Sycamore with a service beginning at 11:00 AM.  A luncheon will follow the service at the Church hall.
