Donna M. Lampkins' Obituary
Donna Lampkins, 82, of Sycamore, IL passed away peacefully February 26, 2021 at DeKalb County Rehab and Nursing Center.
Donna was born September 23, 1938 in Streator, IL to Neil and Icy Mae Rogers. She married Don Lampkins on Sept. 28, 2002 at the Ev. Lutheran Church of St. John in Sycamore.
Donna graduated from Sycamore High school in 1956. She was a member of the Sycamore United Methodist Church. Donna was employed by Dr. Joseph Baumgardt until her retirement.
Donna is survived by her husband, Don, daughters Debbie (Parsons) Bentzen, Kim (Parsons) Walton, brother Elbert (Doris) Rogers, Don's children and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Verlin Rogers and Son-in-law, Fred Walton.
Her visitation will be on Wednesday, March 3rd from 5:00-7:00PM at the Butala Funeral Home and Crematory in Sycamore. Social distancing will be enforced and facial coverings must be worn in the funeral home. Her funeral service and burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to her family to be determined at a later date in care of the Butala Funeral Home and Crematory, 1405 DeKalb Ave., Sycamore, IL. 60178.
