Billie Jean Woodyatt, 70 of Genoa died on December 11, 2025 at her home with her loving husband by her side.
She was born on February 5, 1955 in Peoria, IL. to Billy and Twila (Fogle) Deahl. She married Charles "Rick" Woodyatt on May 5, 1995.
She worked at Playskool and retired from WS Hampshire after 35 years. She loved music, going to concerts to see her favorite band - High Infidelity, gardening, and feeding the birds and squirrels. She especially loved going to NASCAR races, with her husband and saw races in many different states. Her greatest joy was taking trips to see her grandchildren and family.
Survivors include her husband, Charles "Rick" Woodyatt of Genoa; her son, Scott (Andrea) Tegtman; stepsons, Todd Woodyatt, Shawn (JoAnna) Woodyatt, Chad (Aubrey) Woodyatt, Christopher Woodyatt, Benjamin Woodyatt, and Jeffery (Stephanie) Woodyatt; sisters, Sue (Jack) Combs, Vicki (Gary) Doty, Peggy (Jeff) Thomas, and Yvonne (Todd) Graham; sisters-in-law, Kai Deahl and Karen Deahl; and 14 grandchildren; one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Twila Deahl; 2 sisters, Cheryl Ormond and Mary Mikels; 2 brothers, Wayne Deahl and Steve Deahl; brother-in-law, Pat Orman and Rodney MIchaels; and one nephew, Frankie Deahl.
Her visitation will be on Thursday, December 18th from 4:00-8:00 PM at the Slater-Butala Funeral Home, 132 W. Main St., Genoa, IL 60135.
